Please make sure your Comp ID is set to what you would like to use for all drivers to login. If you need to change this please contact support.
If you would like to setup default password (same for all drivers) please contact support with the password you would like to set. All drivers added from Motive will be set with this same password.
This will set CompID and username, and password same for all drivers. Making it easy to mange.
If you would like to lock vehicles or trailers for drivers, please go to settings, and set Lock Vehicle, or Lock Trailer. This will lock for all added drivers going forward. You can choose to leave un locked and allow driver to access documents for all vehicles and trailers.
Now you are ready to Start Motive Integration:
Go to Company.
Go to Integrations.
Choose Motive.
Press Activate.
Once you are on Motive page, Authorize.
Once back to Motive Integration, Sync Vehicles, Trailers, Drivers.
Close.
Motive Integration will sync and update drivers, vehicles, and trailers every 15 min.
Motive Integration will also Assign and update driver default vehicle every 15 min.
Drivers can use our Android or IOS app, we can also provide APK to push to all tablets if needed. We also have a web version at: "https://driver.digitalpermitbook.com"
Motive will also will allow add a link/tile, and drivers can access Digital Permit Book via tile in the motive driver app.
To setup tile go to Settings, Driver App, Driver Hub.
Now add new template, or edit current one.
Add Apps from left side, and enter name as DPB, and link as below.
