GeoTab Integration

Getting Started

  • Make sure your Comp ID is set to what you want all drivers to use for login. Contact support if you need to change it.

  • If you want to set a default password for all drivers, contact support with the desired password. All drivers added from GeoTab will use this password.

  • To restrict drivers to specific vehicles or trailers, go to Settings and enable Lock Vehicle or Lock Trailer. If left unlocked, drivers can access documents for all vehicles and trailers.

Activation Steps

  1. Go to Company → Integrations.

  2. Choose GeoTab.

  3. Press Activate.

  4. When the GeoTab popup appears, enter your GeoTab credentials.

  5. Return to the GeoTab Integration page.

  6. Click Sync Vehicles, Trailers, and Drivers.

  7. Close the integration window.

Sync Details

  • GeoTab Integration syncs and updates drivers, vehicles, and trailers every 15 minutes.

  • It also assigns and updates the driver’s default vehicle and trailer automatically.

Driver Access
Drivers can use the Android or iOS app, request an APK for tablets, or log in at:
