Getting Started

  • Your Comp ID must match your Samsara Fleet ID. Contact support to change it if necessary.

  • Contact support to set a default password for all drivers if desired.

  • Configure Lock Vehicle or Lock Trailer in Settings if needed.

Activation Steps

  1. Go to Company → Integrations.

  2. Choose Samsara.

  3. Press Activate.

  4. On the Samsara page, click Allow.

  5. Sync Vehicles, Trailers, and Drivers.

  6. Close the integration.

Sync Details

  • Samsara Integration syncs and updates drivers and vehicles every 15 minutes.

  • It also assigns and updates driver default vehicle and trailer.

Web-hook Setup (Optional)

  • You can use a webhook for real-time driver and vehicle updates:

Samsara Tile Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Driver App → Features.

  2. Add a Tile.

  3. Name: DPB

  4. Link: Choose one of the options below
