Getting Started
Ensure your Comp ID is set correctly. Contact support to change it if needed.
Platform Science uses Single Sign-On (SSO), so drivers do not need usernames or passwords.
Configure Lock Vehicle or Lock Trailer in Settings if required.
Activation Steps
Go to Company → Integrations.
Choose Platform Science.
Press Activate.
Enter the required Platform Science data in the popup.
Sync Vehicles and Drivers.
Close the integration.
Sync Details
Platform Science Integration syncs drivers and vehicles once per day automatically.
You can also manually sync at any time.
Digital Permit Book must sync all drivers for them to log in on Platform Science tablets.
Driver default vehicle and trailer assignments update instantly within the tablet.
