Motive Integration

Getting Started

  • Make sure your Comp ID is set correctly.

  • Contact support to set a default password if desired.

  • Lock Vehicle or Trailer settings can be configured in Settings.

Activation Steps

  1. Go to Company → Integrations.

  2. Choose Motive.

  3. Press Activate.

  4. On the Motive page, click Authorize.

  5. Sync Vehicles, Trailers, and Drivers.

  6. Close the integration.

Sync Details

  • Motive Integration syncs and updates drivers, vehicles, and trailers every 15 minutes.

  • It also updates the driver’s default vehicle every 15 minutes.

Motive Driver Hub Tile Setup
You can add a Digital Permit Book tile inside the Motive Driver App.

  1. Go to Settings → Driver App → Driver Hub.

  2. Add a new template or edit an existing one.

  3. Add an app from the left panel.

    • Name: DPB

    • Link: Choose one of the options below
