Divisions

Add and Manage Divisions

  1. Go to CompanyDivision.

  2. Add as many divisions as needed.

  3. Each division must have a Division Name (required to use divisions in the system).

  4. Other information can match the main company unless different for that division.

Usage in System

  • Divisions can be used and are required in Drivers. You can assign specific drivers to specific divisions.

  • Company documents can be assigned to specific divisions, or set as Default to be visible to all divisions.

Driver Document Visibility

  • A driver in Division 1 will see Division 1 documents + Default documents.

  • They will not see documents from other divisions (e.g., Division 2).
