Add and Manage Document Types
Doc Type Fields
Type – Name of the type.
Model – Driver, Vehicle, or Trailer.
Required – Yes/No (used to run required reports).
Notify Admin – Yes/No (used to send expiry reports).
Notify Driver – Yes/No (used to send push notifications).
Auto Archive – Yes/No (automatically archives documents on expiry).
Notes
Company Documents are always set to Default, and a Description should be added to each document.
Driver, Vehicle, Trailer documents are also set to Default if no type is required or set.
