Add and Manage Document Types

  1. Go to CompanyDoc Types.

  2. Add as many doc types as needed.

Doc Type Fields

  • Type – Name of the type.

  • Model – Driver, Vehicle, or Trailer.

  • Required – Yes/No (used to run required reports).

  • Notify Admin – Yes/No (used to send expiry reports).

  • Notify Driver – Yes/No (used to send push notifications).

  • Auto Archive – Yes/No (automatically archives documents on expiry).

Notes

  • Company Documents are always set to Default, and a Description should be added to each document.

  • Driver, Vehicle, Trailer documents are also set to Default if no type is required or set.
