Open Drivers.
From the top right menu, choose Import/Export CSV.
To import:
Download the sample file.
Fill required fields (First Name, Last Name, Username, Status).
Upload and click Save.
To export:
Export current drivers, update the CSV, and re-upload.
Keep the ID column unchanged to update existing records.
