If using an integration (e.g., Samsara, GeoTab, Motive), equipment will sync automatically within 15 minutes.
To add equipment manually:
Go to Equipment in the left menu.
Click + Add Equipment.
Enter the required fields:
Equipment Name / ID
Equipment Type (Truck, Trailer, etc.)
License Plate (if applicable)
Click Save (or Save & Open to upload documents).
