Q: The app shows only a white screen after update.

A: This usually means cached files are conflicting. Ask drivers to uninstall and reinstall the app. If the issue remains, clear the phone’s cache and try again. Support can provide an APK if the app store version is not working.

Q: Why am I not receiving daily expiry reports?

A: First, check Profile > Notification Settings to confirm email notifications are enabled. Also, verify the correct email is listed under your admin profile. If everything is correct but you’re still not receiving them, check your spam folder. If still missing, contact support so they can check the email logs.

Q: How do I turn off expiration notices for drivers?

A: Go to Company > Settings > Document Types. For each document type, you can toggle whether drivers get notified of expirations. Disable this option for any document you don’t want drivers alerted about.

Q: Help center website not loading.

A: If the help center won’t load, try switching to a different browser (Chrome/Edge recommended) or check your internet connection. If it still doesn’t load, contact support to confirm if the portal is undergoing maintenance.

Q: My CSV export is empty.

A: This usually happens if you apply filters before exporting. Make sure you’ve selected the correct date range, drivers, or equipment. Try clearing filters and exporting again. If it’s still empty, report it to support with the export type and date range you used.
