Add a Recurring Schedule

  1. Go to Recurring.

  2. Click + Add Recurring in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter the details:

    • Description – Name or notes for the recurring task (e.g., Oil Change, Tire Rotation)

    • Interval – Select interval type (Miles or Days)

    • Select Unit and Tags

  4. Click Save.

Manage Recurring Schedules

  • Use the Search bar to find specific recurring tasks.

  • View all recurring schedules in a table showing Description, Interval, and Units.

  • Click the Edit icon (pencil) to modify a schedule.

    • In edit mode, you can only assign or unassign Tags and Units.

  • Click the Delete icon (trash) to remove a recurring schedule.View Scheduled Maintenance

View Scheduled Maintenance

Once recurring schedules are added, they will automatically appear in the Schedule tab as scheduled maintenance tasks.

The schedule list shows:

  • Unit # – Vehicle or equipment number

  • Type – Maintenance type

  • Odometer – Current odometer reading

  • Description – Task details

  • Interval – Next due interval

  • Due – Days remaining or overdue status (example: “1 Day” highlighted in yellow)

Complete a Scheduled Maintenance

  1. Go to Schedule.

  2. Find the maintenance task you want to complete.

  3. Click the Checkmark icon in the Action column.

  4. Click Yes to confirm.

The task will be marked as complete, and the system will automatically schedule the next occurrence based on the recurring interval.
