Add a Claim
Go to Claims.
Click + Add Claim in the top-right corner.
Enter the following details:
Basic Information:
Record # – Enter the claim record number.
Status – Select the current claim status (e.g., New).
Date – Select the claim date.
Time – Enter the time of the incident.
Driver – Select the driver involved.
Vehicle / Trailer – Choose the vehicle and trailer (if applicable).
Type – Select the claim type.
Claim # – Enter the claim reference number (if available).
Notes – Add any relevant notes or details.
Accidents:
Select the related Accident (if applicable).
Details:
Address / City / State / Postal Code – Enter the location of the incident.
Customer – Specify the customer associated with the claim.
Load # – Enter the load number if the claim is linked to a specific load.
Insurance – Provide the insurance company name.
Policy #’s – Add related policy numbers.
Damage Value – Enter the estimated damage cost.
Click Save to store the claim, or Save & Open to save and view the claim details immediately.
