The Dashboard provides a quick summary of your documents and their status.
Document Summary Cards
At the top of the Dashboard, you can see an overview of your documents:
Total Documents
Shows the total number of documents added to the system.Expired
Displays the number and percentage of documents that are already expired.Expiring Soon
Shows the number and percentage of documents that are close to expiry.
Document Actions
From the Action column, you can:
View the document using the Eye icon
Download the document
Delete the document if it is no longer needed
