How to configure my Future Meetings? 📅

Updated over 3 weeks ago

In diio, you can easily manage your upcoming meetings to ensure everything is prepared and optimized. Here’s how to do it step by step.

Future Meetings View

In the Future Meetings tab, you can see a list of all upcoming meetings scheduled in your calendar. This allows you to quickly review and manage the events ahead.

Invite diio

diio automatically joins meetings that involve external clients. For all other meetings, you can invite diio by turning on the switch for the meeting you want.
Keep in mind that this option is available only if the meeting includes a video-conference link (Zoom, Meet, or Teams).
If it doesn’t, simply add one so diio can participate.

You can invite diio again in situations such as:

  1. A client or another participant didn’t grant access to diio and you want diio to rejoin.

  2. You refreshed the page and want diio to join again.

  3. You joined the meeting late, diio is no longer in the waiting room, and you want it to enter again.

Select the Meeting Type

When configuring a meeting, you can choose the meeting type. This helps diio contextualize its analysis based on the category you select.
The dropdown menu includes different types of meetings—such as sales, customer success, or internal meetings—already configured for your company.

You can also leave the Automagic ✨ option enabled so diio automatically selects the meeting type after analyzing it.

Grant Access to diio

If you are not the organizer of the meeting, make sure the person who created it allows diio to enter.
If the organizer does not grant access, diio won’t be able to participate, and you will need to invite it again from the Future Meetings view.

If you are the organizer, make sure to admit diio from the waiting room when the meeting starts.

By following these steps, you ensure that diio becomes an active and valuable participant in your meetings. This allows you to stay focused on selling and reduces your operational workload. diio is designed to make your work easier, maximize your performance, and help you close more deals efficiently.
