How do I report a bug or give feedback?
Select the Support (?) icon in the bottom right corner of the screen and click "Submit a Bug." You will be navigated to a new tab where you can provide your name, email, and description of the bug.
Please fill out each field in the bug report with as much detail as possible and the bug will be reported to our engineering team.
What happens if I upload a file that has already been uploaded to my deal?
Our system detects duplicate files based on content rather than filename. If you upload an identical file:
The duplicate will be automatically deleted after ingestion
Any change to file content (even a single character, punctuation mark, or capitalization edit) will be treated as a new file
Files with different metadata might not be detected as duplicates if the actual content remains unchanged
We maintain duplicates that appear in different parent folders intentionally, as this supports scenarios where the same document is relevant in multiple sections of the Virtual Data Room (VDR) structure
For example, if the same file appears in both an email attachment and a zipped folder under different categories, both copies will be retained to preserve contextual relevance
How do I force a grid/table in an answer?
At the end of your prompt, say, "Use a table format." If you want specific columns in the table, then list them as well
How do I force bullet points as a format style?
At the end of your question, say, "Use bullet point formatting"
Why do some questions result in fast answers and others are slow?
We depend on the performance of the various models from OpenAI and Anthropic
How do I get Extracted Table downloads from a PPTX?
We are not yet able to extract tables from PPTX documents, however you can get extracted tables from your PPTX files by converting them to PDFs prior to upload.
The prompts I'm using aren't working very well, what should I do?
You can use AI to help you engineer better prompts.
Create a new chat, either in a new Deal or pre-existing Deal, and state who you are, what documents you have, and what you're looking to do.
Example Prompt: "I'm a private equity analyst that has been given access to a data room with a collection of documents for the company Keurig Dr. Pepper for the purposes of doing due diligence. I want to create an investment committee memo ("IC Memo") regarding this deal.
Give me an outline of the key sections that should be in this IC Memo, and then, for each key section, provide a prompt that will gather the required information from the collection of documents and generate an output I can use in the IC Memo."
Once the model provides its response, you can then say: "Create a table with 10 rows and 2 columns by taking each of the example prompts above as a row for the first column. Do not put quotes around the prompts. Preserve the order of the example prompts. The second column should always say "IC Memo" without the quotes." This will provide you with a downloadable .XLSX that you can convert into a CSV for simple uploading to your Prompt Playlist Manager.
My batch prompt upload CSV file says it uploaded successfully, but my prompts aren't showing up in the Prompt Library. What should I do?
This issue is often caused by special characters in the file, like hyphens or other symbols that aren't recognized by the system. To avoid this, make sure to save your file in the CSV UTF-8 format instead of the default CSV option in Excel. If your data still isn't showing up, try these steps:
Check for special characters β Open your CSV file and look for any unusual symbols.
Remove or replace them β Delete any special characters or replace them with standard text.
Re-save the file correctly β When saving in Excel, choose CSV UTF-8 as the file format.
Try uploading again.

How can I ensure the LLM is operating properly?
By selecting the LLM Status
button on the left side of your screen, you will be able to view the functionality of OpenAI and Anthropic.
A green icon indicates that the system is operating without any errors
A yellow or red icon indicates that the system is experiencing difficulties
To get more detailed information, click the blue link for the LLM. You will be directed to a new tab that will describe the functionality of the model and any issues the LLM is experiencing.
My chat forgot the context of the conversation, what should I do?
The way that any LLM model pays attention to prior context can be complex.
In general, the 30 most recent messages in the conversation will be used for context when referring to chat history.
Within a model's context window, ToltIQ stores all chat history.
