Can I change the interface from light mode to dark mode?

Yes, select the three dots in the bottom left corner of your screen. A Moon icon will appear, allowing you to toggle between dark and light modes.

What is Web Search?

Web Search is a different way to answer your questions. It allows you to ask a question about something current, and it will search the web for you. You can also provide a link (URL) to an article and ask questions about the article.

Web Search is available when in Chats and Quick Chats.

When you've successfully enabled the Web Search option, the Globe icon will turn green. This indicates that you are ready to use the feature.

While Web Search is in use, the consider sources function is turned off.

This feature is still in beta, but we encourage you to experiment with it and provide us with feedback.

Can I access the content of the LLM's knowledge if I start a conversation with Sources enabled?

To enable or disable sources, select the Gear icon next to the message box. The adjustable settings menu will appear above the message box. Then, click Consider Sources.

Keep in mind that while the training data has included a wide spectrum of content in terms of breadth and depth, it is not real-time or connected to the Internet for ongoing updates.

When Sources are enabled, the answer will be grounded in the documents you have uploaded, but it will leverage the insights on the topics you are asking about to formulate responses. It also has a high degree of understanding of how questions are phrased to best respond.

What is the @xbrl feature, and how does it work?

The @xbrl feature is an experimental tool that allows you to route questions to XBRL for SEC or FERC filings.

We've built an API pipeline to XBRL. This pipeline processes your query, retrieves relevant filings, and uses LLMs to analyze and present the results.

Example Prompt: @XBRL what are the 2024 financial results from the last 2 forms filed by [company name]?

This is an experimental feature, and we welcome feedback.

What is Time to First Token?

Time to First Token (TFT) refers to the amount of time it takes for an AI model to start generating its response after receiving a query

What is a Prompt Playlist?

You can save multiple prompts to be queried in a specific order with Prompt Playlists.

Asking prompts in a specific order enables repeat Chain of Thought prompting, which can be helpful for more complicated tasks.

To create a Prompt Playlist, select Prompt Library from the bar on the left side of the screen and then select the Prompt Playlist Manager button. Then, select Create Prompt Playlist in the top right corner of the screen.

Select the prompts you would like to include in your Prompt Playlist by checking the boxes next to the question/category. Then click Order Prompts and rearrange the order that you would like the prompts to be asked. Click and drag on the six dots to the left of each prompt to reorder the prompts.

Once the order of the prompts is correct, click the blue Save button.

To use your own Prompt Playlist in a Chat or Data Chat, simply select the blue Prompts button to the right of the message box, press on Pick From Saved Playlists, and select your Prompt Playlist.

How do I upload multiple prompts at once to the Prompt Library?

To upload multiple prompts, upload a CSV file by clicking the blue Upload button to add custom prompts in batches. Use the following custom headers:

  • Prompt (required) – The text of the prompt

  • Category (required) – A category for grouping the prompts in the Prompt Library

  • Short name (optional) – A concise descriptive name for the prompt

  • Column header (optional) – The default column name for use in Bulk Query exports

What does the Save icon that appears when I hover over an already sent prompt in a chat do?

The Save icon allows you to save your prompt to the Prompt Library. When you click the save button, a Create Prompt window will appear in front of your chat. Here you can:

  • Finalize the text of your prompt

  • Select or enter the Collection you'd like

  • Enter a shortened version of your prompt (a concise version of your prompt for quick reference. If you do not provide a shortened prompt, the LLM will provide one for you.)

  • Enter a custom header (this is helpful when you want to use your prompt in Bulk Query, adding a header here will specify the column title of your Bulk Query export.)
