How do I generate Launchpad?
Navigate to your Deal and select "Launchpad" from the Deal menu
Verify all documents show "Ready" status (not "Processing")
Click "Generate Launchpad" button
Wait for completion notification (2-15 minutes depending on document volume)
Note: You can navigate away while Launchpad processes.
When should I generate Launchpad?
After initial document upload when all files show "Ready" status
Following significant document additions (10+ new files)
When key documents are updated or replaced
For periodic deal reviews and updates
How long does Launchpad generation take?
10-50 documents: 2-3 minutes
50-200 documents: 5-10 minutes
200+ documents: Up to 15 minutes
Can I regenerate Launchpad?
Yes. Click "Generate Launchpad" again at any time to refresh all insights with current documents. The system will completely re-analyze your deal and replace the previous version.
What information does Launchpad extract?

Why is my Launchpad missing information?
Documents weren't fully processed when generated - wait for "Ready" status
Key overview documents (CIM, Executive Summary) may be missing
Information isn't clearly stated in uploaded documents
Files may be password-protected or image-only PDFs
Solution: Check document status, add missing files, then regenerate.
Why are my documents miscategorized?
The AI categorizes based on document content, not file names. Mixed-content documents may appear in multiple categories. Categories are suggestions for easier navigation.
When should I regenerate Launchpad?
After adding 10+ new documents
When key documents are updated

After significant structural changes to the deal
Can I customize what appears in Launchpad?
No. Launchpad automatically determines relevant insights based on your document set. Content is dynamically generated and cannot be customized.
Can I export Launchpad results?
Direct export is not available. You can copy text sections or take screenshots for reports.
What if Launchpad generation is taking too long?
Large deals (500+ documents) may take 20+ minutes
Try refreshing your browser if stuck over 20 minutes
Generate during off-peak hours for faster processing
Contact support if processing exceeds 30 minutes
Will generating Launchpad affect my other work?
No. Launchpad runs independently and doesn't impact Chats, Bulk Queries, or other features. You can continue working while it generates.
