Key Features
Creating a Deep Research report
Users can create a new Deep Research report by:
Clicking the Deep Research button in the left navigation bar
Clicking the "+ New Research Report" button
Filling in the required fields:
Report Name: A descriptive title for your report
Privacy Settings: Choose between:
Private (only you can access)
Firm-wide (accessible to your entire organization)
Prompt Section (industry / Sector / Company)
Enter your research requirements across multiple sectionsEnter Geographic Restrictions, Source Restricions & Industry Restrictions
Then select the "Generate Report" button
Research Report Page
The main Research Reports page displays all your reports as cards, each showing:
Thumbnail preview of the report's first page
Report name
Creator information
Privacy status (Private or Firm-wide)
Report Management & Settings
Once created, you can manage your Research Reports with the following options:
Edit Name: Update the report title
Change Privacy: Switch between private and firm-wide access
User Access Control: Manage who can view your report
Delete Report: Permanently remove a research report
Notifications
Given research reports can take several hours to run, we've added notifications. Stay informed throughout the report generation process
Running Notification: Receive notifications when your report starts processing
Completion Notification: Get notified when your report is ready.
Report Generation Process
1) Report Output
Your completed Deep Research Report includes:
Main Content: All responses and source materials
Sources Section: Complete documentation of referenced materials
Appendix: Contains the enhanced version of your original prompt
2) Download Formats
Deep Research Reports are available in multiple formats:
Download Option: DOCX format for downloading and editing offline

Can I change a report from private to firm-wide after creation?
Yes, you can modify privacy settings at any time through the report settings.
How long does it take to generate a report?
Generation time varies based on report complexity. You'll receive notifications when processing starts and completes.
Can I edit a report after it's generated?
You can download the report in DOCX format for external editing. The platform version cannot be directly edited.
Who can see my firm-wide reports?
Firm-wide reports are visible to all members of your organization who have access to the Research Reports feature.
What happens to the original prompt I entered?
Your original prompt is enhanced for better results, and both versions are preserved. The enhanced version appears in the report's appendix.
Is research reports connected to the internet?
Yes, it is a powerful web search
What is the cutoff date for the data?
There is no cutoff date for the data because it is a web search
