ToltIQ
A financial technology platform that provides AI-powered document analysis and chat capabilities for investment firms and financial services companies.

Deal
A workspace or project container within ToltIQ where all related documents, chats, and data for a specific transaction or investment opportunity are organized. Users must select or create a Deal before accessing most platform features.

Chat Features

Chat
A conversational interface where users can ask questions about uploaded documents and receive AI-generated responses with citations to source materials.

Restricted Chat
A Chat that is limited to using only specific documents, categories, or tags rather than all documents in a Deal. This helps improve accuracy by focusing the AI on relevant materials.

Private Chat
A Chat that is visible only to the user who created it. This is the default setting when creating a new Chat.

Deal Team Chat / Deal Team Visibility
A Chat that is visible to all users within your firm who have access to the Deal. You can change a Private Chat to Deal Team visibility using the "Make Visible to Deal Team" option.
