Q I forgot my password and i can't login, what should i do?

If you forgot your password and you can login to your account, follow the below steps to reset your password and login to your account.

Step 1: On the login form, click "Forget Password"

Step 2: Enter the email you used in registering and click "Reset Password". A "Reset Password" email is sent immediately to the email provided.

Step 3: After clicking the button in the email, you are then taken to set a new password and confirm.

After adding new password and confirming, click on "Set Password".

Step 4: Password updated successfully. Now login with your new password.

Q: I didn't forget my password but i want to change it, how do i?

You can change your password in your User Profile. Follow the steps below to change your password.

Step 1: From your Client View, go to your User profile on the sidebar.

Step 2: In your user profile, enter your current password, enter a new password, confirm it and click on "Confirm New Password"

Step 3: Change of password confirmed and a confirmation email is sent to you.

It should arrive in a few minutes. Check your spam folder if delayed.

Q: Can I use SMS to reset my password?

Yes, SMS verification is only an option during login not for reset.
