Release Notes 30

Released 26th of October 2026

Written by Knut Hauge

What’s new

  1. Targeted member lists for coupons
You can now get tailored member lists for targeted coupons.

For example, you can target members who have been in your club for over 30 days but haven’t made a purchase in the last 240 days, and send them a coupon to win them back. Both the number of days without a purchase and the minimum membership length can be adjusted.

For now, contact Diller Support to set this up. You’ll be able to do it yourself in the admin panel in a later update.

Good to know: Coupons sent this way don’t show up in the member portal or on the member’s profile in your admin panel yet. That’s also coming in a later update.

  2. The Earn & Burn coupon only shows when the member can use it
Members now see the Earn & Burn coupon only when they have enough points to redeem it. That avoids confusion over coupons they can’t use yet.

  3. Change phone numbers yourself
Store administrators can now update a member’s or a store’s phone number directly, without contacting Diller Support.

  4. Simpler StoreID in the admin panel
Only the current StoreID now appears in the top-right corner of the admin panel. The old ID has been removed, so there’s no mix-up about which ID to share with partners and POS suppliers.

Fixes

  1. Threshold stamp cards are now visible in the member portal
Stamp cards that use a threshold and reward a coupon now show in the member portal, with progress, just like other stamp cards.

  2. Recurring coupons are protected
You can no longer accidentally change a coupon to “Recurring” when one already exists. Before, this could delete the existing recurring coupon.

  3. Activity overview for new members
Members with no activity yet now see a clear “no activity” message instead of an error.

  4. “Points on different products” rule works with long product lists
You can now activate the rule even when it covers many products. The text is also easier to read once the rule is active.

  5. Browse all search results
Member searches with more than 20 hits now have pagination, so you can see all the results, not just the first page.

  6. External ID / Campaign ID is saved on coupons
If your POS system needs a coupon ID entered manually, it’s now saved and shown correctly when you create or edit coupons.
