Cause With Dimensions or Supply Chain:
With linking to Dimensions or Supply Chain, this is caused by the 'Access Connect' service timing out, due to having large VAT returns and/or having large databases.
In order to resolve this issue, Access Connect needs to be updated to the latest version
This can be found on the Connection Guide Page.
Run the installation on top of the existing installation by opening the installation file named 'AccessDigitalTax.Connect.Installer.Dimensions.exe', located within the bin folder.
To update the existing instance of the service:
For the first question asking if the databases are workspace ready, please answer 'Y'.
For the second question asking if you would like install another instance, please answer 'N'
