How Dimensions helps users upload 3D models, create immersive assets like viewers, configurators, and videos, and seamlessly integrate them into websites using scripts, APIs, and customizable settings.

How Dimensions works:

  1. Upload a 3d model.

  2. Choose your goal:

    • Create on-site 3d viewer, 3D configurator, or AR experience.

    • Create product images (packshots or lifestyle images) and videos.

  3. Adjust the lighting setting and angles to best showcase your product. You can use one of the predefined templates or create your own.

  4. Add the new assets to your site by embedding a code snippet.

  5. Scale using a developer API.

Display the assets on your website

Display the generated images, videos, and 3D models in a 3D viewer using JavaScript and HTML.

  1. Include the Dimensions tag script to display images and videos on your website.

  2. Include the 3D Viewer script to display 3D models on your website.

  3. Configure the image, video, and 3D model viewers in JavaScript.

  4. Either use special HTML attributes to display your assets on the page or use the tag's API.
