Rebates/refunds for recruiting five friends to your team will be initiated in the final weeks just prior to each team's given event date.
Moreover, since some members may have opted to purchase their registrations via payment plan, all members of the team must have completed each installment of their registration before the rebate toward the team captain is initiated.
Note: the team captain's registration does not count toward fulfilling this requirement. So there must be a total of at least six team members to trigger a rebate.
