Yes, if you are no longer able to attend the Diplo's Run Club event that you originally registered for, you can transfer your registration to a friend/family member, or transfer your registration from your original city to a different one.
To first access your registration, be sure to follow the steps as outlined in our FAQ article: How can I update/ make changes to my registration?
Once you have gained access to your registration in our self-service portal, select the "Transfer" option.
Then select whether your wish to transfer your registration to a friend/family member, or to transfer your registration to a different city on the 2026 Diplo's Run Club Tour.
When transferring your registration to a friend, there is a $15 admin fee to be paid by the transferee. If you choose to transfer your registration to a different city on the tour, you are responsible for paying for the difference in price from what you initially paid for your original city and what the current price is for the new city that you wish to transfer to.
PLEASE NOTE:
The deadline to transfer your registration to a friend/family member is three weeks (21 days) prior to the given event date, and the deadline to transfer to a different city on the current tour is two weeks (14 days) prior to the event date of your original city.
In both transfer instances, add-ons will not be transferred. All add-ons will be canceled and no refund given.
