Yes! You can add the bib mailout service to your order, even if after you completed registration.
To first access your registration, be sure to follow the steps as outlined in our FAQ article: How can I update/ make changes to my registration?
Once you have gained access to your registration in our self-service portal, select the "Edit your registration information" option.
On the next page, scroll down to the "Other info" section to confirm that you want to have your bib mailed to you.
Please be sure to also confirm your shipping address information, and the proceed with checkout and complete your add-on for the bib mailout purchase.
PLEASE NOTE:
Bib mailouts are typically sent 7-10 days prior to the given event day. But if at any point you wish to inquire about your bib mailout or have other questions, please feel free to reach out to customer support at info@diplosrunclub.com.
