Viewing Your Bank Account & Managing Info
On the Payouts screen, tap Transfer To to select from the bank accounts connected via Stripe.
Only accounts already added to your Stripe profile are eligible.
Need to update your bank information? Tap Need Help? to access your Stripe settings.
Note: Some banks do allow you to do Instant Pay through your bank account. If the feature isn't working, add a debit card to your Stripe account.
How Stripe Applies the Instant Pay Fee
Stripe applies the fee after the driver requests a payout—so you always receive the exact amount you request, minus the fee. You don’t need to do the math; the app handles it for you.
Example Scenario (1% fee):
Total Balance: $101
Net Available: $100 (Stripe calculates and reserves the fee)
Driver Requests: $100
Fee Taken: $1 (reported in Stripe dashboard)
Result: Successful payout.
If you try requesting $101, you'll see an "insufficient balance" error, because the fee isn't covered.
The “Amount Available” reflects your balance after the 1% fee is already accounted for—no manual calculation needed.
You'll see "Total Balance" beneath the "Amount Available" area that'll show you how that available amount was calculated.
Note: The fee covers Stripe processing costs.
