Sunrun Multi-Stop Box Truck Orders β SOP
Overview
This SOP outlines the required pickup times, loading procedures, and delivery expectations for all Sunrun multi-stop box truck (BT) routes. Adherence to these guidelines ensures on-time departures, proper load sequencing, and SLA compliance.
Pickup Time Requirements
For all Sunrun multi-stop routes, drivers must arrive at the first time listed in the pickup window in the app.
Multi-stop pickup windows are:
5:00 AM
5:20 AM
5:40 AM
Drivers are required to arrive at the warehouse at the earliest time shown in the pickup window (e.g., 5:00 AM), even if multiple pickup times are displayed.
Failure to arrive at the first listed pickup time may result in route delays and SLA impacts.
Loading Procedures
Dock-Height Box Trucks
If operating a dock-height box truck:
Back into the assigned loading bay.
Self-load the order at the loading dock using your pallet jack.
Ensure all freight is staged and loaded in the correct delivery sequence before departure.
Secure all materials properly before leaving the warehouse.
Non-Dock-Height Box Trucks
Follow warehouse instructions for loading via forklift.
Confirm all items are present before departure.
Verify freight is loaded in the correct delivery sequence.

Loading Sequence Requirements
Orders will be staged in the appropriate delivery sequence.
Drivers must:
Verify the stop order matches the route shown in the app.
Load in reverse delivery order (last stop loaded first, first stop loaded last).
Double-check that all freight is secured to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
Drop-Off Procedures
Upon arrival at each delivery location:
Drivers are required to self-unload using their pallet jack and lift gate.
Place freight in the designated drop area per site instructions.
Drivers do not need to wait for the crew to unload the truck.
Complete the delivery in the app once all freight has been properly unloaded.
If there are site access issues or uncertainty about the drop location, contact Dispatch immediately.
Driver Responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for:
Arriving at the first listed pickup time.
Confirming all freight is accounted for before departure.
Ensuring safe and secure loading.
Self-unloading at each delivery stop.
Following the delivery route as displayed in the app.
Immediately notifying Dispatch of:
