What You Need
1. You will need an RDP Client.
On Windows, the application "Remote Desktop Connection" should be pre-installed on your computer.
On macOS and mobile devices, make sure you download the Microsoft Remote Desktop application. Downloads available from:

2. Once you have the necessary software, make sure you can locate the following pieces of information:
IP address
Username
Password
On the Dispel Console, the information should be listed in the following format:
Actually Connecting
1 / On the Console, click on Launch
2 / Your RDP application should automatically open, and the IP address of the desktop will be automatically filled in. Fill in your username and password (Windows and Mac shown below)
3 / You will receive one of the following screens--just click Continue. Don't worry, all connections to VDIs are fully encrypted. This message is just an artifact of a virtual machine using a self-signed certificate.
4 / Congratulations! You should be connected to your VDI.
