1 / Log in to the Console and make sure you can see the following screen

2 / Click on Account Settings

3 / The bottom section lets you set up either ToTP or a hardware token.

4 / Congratulations! You now have MFA set up. To go back to your VDI, click on Back to VDI on the upper left corner.
