There are a couple ways you can remove a VDI-User. This article will go through:
Remove a VDI-User from an Enclave: removes their ability to access a VDI or any resources, but keeps their user account open in case they need to return at a later date.
Remove a VDI-User entirely from an organization: removes them entirely from your Dispel organization. You will have to fully onboard them again if they return at a later date.
Remove a VDI-User from an Enclave
1 / Log in to the Console
2 / Navigate to the Enclave that the VDI-User is in
3 / Scroll to the bottom to see the user list
4 / Remove the user from the Enclave. The user will still exist in the organization, but can no longer access desktops.
Remove a VDI-User entirely from an organization
1 / Log in to the Console
2 / Navigate to Organization Settings
3 / Click on Users to see the organization user list
4 / Remove the user from the organization. This will also remove the user from any Enclaves in the organization.
