Before changing a User's permissions, please note the conditions for a VDI-User.
The VDI-User must only be in one organization.
The VDI-User must only be assigned to a single Enclave.
The Enclave they are assigned to should have a single stack of windows VDIs.
At least one VDI must be available for the VDI-User to reserve.

Steps to change a user into a VDI-User
1 / Log in to Console
2 / Navigate to Organization Settings
3 / Click on User in the relevant Enclave
4 / Find the User, and click on VDI-User to make them into a VDI-User.
