Stack-specific user lists
VDI stack-specific user lists provide an additional layer of granularity to your access control.
Suppose you have 10 users in an Enclave, but you would like only 3 of them to have access to a specific stack of virtual desktops. With VDI stack-specific user lists, you can now control who has access to which resources: simply add those 3 users to the VDI stack, and they will be able to reserve desktops as usual, while the remaining 7 users will not be able to see the stack.
How to add users from VDI stacks
1. From the Enclave page, click into the VDI stack page.
2. At the bottom of the page, you should see a "Stack users" section. Click on "Add users to stack."
3. Type in the emails of the users you would like to add. Please note that a user must be already part of the Enclave to be added to a VDI stack.
To add all users in the Enclave, press "Add all [Enclave name] users".
You should see the users appear at the bottom of the page.
How to remove users from VDI stacks.
1. Next to the user's name at the bottom of the VDI stack page, press "Remove." Please note that this will remove them from the VDI stack, but will not remove them from the Enclave.
