Introduction
Alongside the web dashboard (dashboard.dispel.io), Dispel offers a VPN client for Windows, iOS, and macOS. This application allows users to connect to their end devices on their local computer, as well as reserve and connect to Dispel Virtual Desktops like they would on the web dashboard.
💡 Not Using a Windows OS?
This guide covers the Windows VPN Client Application. Guides for other operating systems can be found here.
Pre-Requisites

Set up your Dispel user account as a "User" as the Organization level
Add your Dispel user account to the Region and Facility you need to connect to
Configure the device ACLs for your user account
If you are unsure about any of this, please reach out to your administrator.
