You will need a built region to add users to.
Navigate to your desired region's
Userstab
Click
Add user
Enter the desired user's email and click
Add this user
The user will now be a part of that region. They will need to refresh the console for the changes to come into effect.
When a user is added to an region they are assigned a static IP address within the region, which can be found associated with each users in the region's user table. While the address is being assigned a yellow dot will appear next to the user's static IP.
When the user's IP is done being assigned the yellow dot should disappear.
If the IP fails to be assigned a red dot will appear and the user must be removed and re-added to the region.
