Pre-Requisite

You will need a 3rd party security key such as yubikey set up on your device to enable security key MFA.

This guide is for macOS users. If you need to set up security keys on a Windows device, please visit the guide linked below.

Walkthrough: Configuring Your MFA

Navigate to the Account Settings page by clicking on the account bubble and then Account settings.
Click "Add new device" in the Security keys section near the bottom of the page.
Save your recovery codes in a safe place
1. The download as .txt document button will save the codes to a text document on your local machine.
2. Alternatively you can use the copy to clipboard button and paste them somewhere safe of your choosing.
Name your device whatever you like and click Add new device.
You will get a popup to verify your device (these messages may be different for different browsers).

If prompted, gently touch your security key device
Your security key is now setup. You will be prompted to authenticate with your security key on your next login.
