On macOS, the language selection for the Dispel Application is found in the computer's System Settings
In the menu bar of your computer, click the icon (normally in the top-left corner of the screen) and then click System Settings...
Navigate to General and then Language & Region
Click the + icon under Applications
Select the Dispel application and the desired language, then click Add
