Granting Password Vault Login access to Dispel members

Adding a Password Vault Login to a device creates specialized ACLs for that device that can be assigned to members

After adding a Password Vault Login to a device, a Dispel administrator can grant users permission to use the the Password Vault Login by following the steps below.

  1. Click on the Devices link in the left navigation bar of the Dispel Dashboard to access the list of available devices for your organization

  2. Locate the device to which you want to add a Password Vault Login by using the Filter devices field to narrow down the list by device name, region, facility or IP address.

  3. Click the Access tab for the device

  4. Find the member to whom you'd like to grant access

  5. Assign the appropriate ACLs under the Password Vault Logins sub section by clicking the corresponding badge. When selected, the badge will turn green.

Now when the user reserves a VDI in that device's region, shortcuts will be created for the ACLs selected.
