Step 1 Integrating NMI to Disputifier
Please ensure you follow this article to integrate NMI
Step 2: Getting the Webhook Details from Disputifier
Login to Disputifier
Head over to Settings > Integrations and look for NMI (where you completed Step 1)
Click on the small Pencil Icon in front of it
Copy the Webhook link from the pop up
Please note that each store/business would have its own unique webhook link
Step 3: Adding the Webhook
Login to your NMI account
Go to Settings and then All Settings
Click on Webhooks
You will be taken to this page
Click on Create
And the URL that you copied from Disputifier as an endpoint
In the Available Events section, select transaction.sale.success and transaction.auth.success

Go back to the Disputifier App and enable Fraud Blocking here
Before I go, please note that if you use multiple NMI accounts on your store and business, each of them would need to be integrated with the chargeback management app. The steps in this help document would need to be completed for all.
