ARCHIVED - How do I cancel my free trial or subscription?

We make it easy for you to manage your kid’s account by including a large, blue “Manage Account” button at the bottom of your JAM emails. If you need help finding these emails search for “JAM Manage Account” in your email’s search function. 

Step 1: Search for “Manage JAM account” in your email. Click on the ‘Manage’ button at the bottom of any of these emails from JAM.

 (see example email below).

Step 2: The button will open up your kid’s JAM account management page.  From there, you can change your kid’s password, update your privacy settings or cancel your trial or subscription (see example account manager below).
