Ready to start sharing content to your Facebook Page through dlvr.it? This guide walks you through the whole process — and covers what to do if something doesn't go as expected.
A couple of things to know before you start:
Facebook doesn't allow personal profiles to be connected to third-party tools like dlvr.it — you'll need a Facebook Page.
To connect your Page, you'll authenticate through a personal Facebook profile that has the admin role on that Page.
When Facebook asks you to grant permissions, accept all of them — even for Pages you're not planning to connect. Removing any permissions can prevent dlvr.it from finding your Pages.
Connecting your Facebook Page
Start by logging into the personal Facebook profile that has admin access to your Page.
Important: Make sure you're logged in as your personal profile — not as your Page. Facebook removed the ability to log in as a Page some time ago, but some long-standing accounts may still see this option. If you log in as your Page, the connection won't work.
In dlvr.it, go to your account settings and navigate to Social Pages (or Channels).

Click Connect next to Facebook. If you already have channels connected, choose Connect New Channel and then select Facebook.

Select Facebook Page and click Start Connecting.

If you're not already logged into Facebook, a login window will appear. Click Continue as [Your Name].

Facebook will ask what you'd like to allow. Don't change any of these permissions — leave everything as-is and click OK to continue.

Removing permissions at this step can stop dlvr.it from seeing the Pages you manage.
On the final screen, select the Page you want to connect and click Add to dlvr.it. You're all set!

Common connection errors
"We couldn't find any Facebook Pages connected to that account"
This usually means one of two things:
The account you're connecting is a personal profile, not a Page. Make sure you have a Facebook Page set up before trying to connect.
You have a Page but insufficient admin permissions. Check that your personal profile has the admin role on the Page you're trying to connect.
"Your activity off Meta technologies is currently turned off"
This is a Facebook account setting that needs to be updated:
Log into Facebook
Go to Meta Accounts Center
Select Manage Future Activity

Make sure Connect Future Activity is turned on

Once that's done, try connecting your Facebook Page to dlvr.it again
What to do if your Page isn't listed
If you complete the connection process but your Page doesn't appear in the list, check the following:
Confirm you have the admin role on the Page through your personal Facebook profile
If your Page is part of Facebook Business Suite, make sure your Business Suite permissions are fully configured

If your permissions look correct but the Page still isn't showing up, the issue is likely that dlvr.it doesn't have the required permissions from Facebook. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Facebook account in dlvr.it, making sure to accept all permissions when prompted.
Note: Although dlvr.it connects to your Facebook Page through your personal profile, we won't access your personal information or post anything to your personal profile.
