How do I begin investing on DealMaker?
To start investing:
Create an account on the DealMaker platform.
Complete the Investor Questionnaire to provide necessary personal and financial information.
Review and sign the Subscription Agreement for the offering you're interested in.
Submit payment using the available methods.
Some offerings may require additional documentation for identity verification or accreditation purposes.
What payment methods are accepted?
DealMaker supports various payment options, including:
Credit/Debit Cards
Bank-to-Bank Transfers (ACH)
Wire Transfers

What does "Pending Acceptance" mean?
"Pending Acceptance" indicates that your investment has been submitted and is awaiting review by the issuer. No further action is required from you at this stage. The issuer will review your information and either accept or reject the investment.
How can I check the status of my investment?
You can view the status of your investment by logging into your DealMaker account and navigating to the "My Companies" section on your dashboard. Here, you'll find details about your investments and their current statuses.
When will I receive my shares?
The timeline for receiving shares varies by issuer. Some companies issue shares on a rolling basis, while others may have specific issuance schedules. For the most accurate information, refer to the offering documents or contact the issuer directly through the contact information provided in your DealMaker dashboard.

Can I get a refund on my investment?
Refunds are handled directly by the issuer. If you need a refund, contact the company you invested in using the contact information provided in your DealMaker dashboard. DealMaker does not process refunds.
How can I transfer my securities?
To transfer your securities:
Log into your DealMaker account.
Navigate to the "My Companies" section.
Select the company whose securities you wish to transfer.
Follow the prompts to initiate the transfer process.
Note that certain restrictions may apply based on the type of security and the terms of the offering.
π Regulatory & Compliance
What are the investment limits for Regulation CF and Regulation A+ offerings?
Investment limits depend on your income and net worth:
Regulation CF: If either your annual income or net worth is less than $124,000, you can invest up to the greater of $2,500 or 5% of the greater of your annual income or net worth. If both are equal to or more than $124,000, you can invest up to 10% of your annual income or net worth, whichever is greater, but not exceeding $124,000.
Regulation A+: Non-accredited investors can invest up to 10% of their annual income or net worth, whichever is greater. Accredited investors have no investment limits.
How do I know if I'm an accredited investor?
An accredited investor typically meets one of the following criteria:
Income: Earned income exceeding $200,000 (or $300,000 together with a spouse) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year.
Net Worth: Net worth over $1 million, excluding the value of the primary residence.
