I’m seeing a 500 or Signature Error

  • A 500 error means the server encountered a temporary issue. Try:

    • Refreshing the page

    • Logging out and back in

    • Clearing your browser cache

  • A signature error typically occurs during the document signing process and can be caused by:

    • Expired OTP

    • Session timeouts

    • Cached browser data

Fix it by:

  • Refreshing the page and logging in again

  • Using a private or incognito browser window

  • Contacting support if the issue persists
