๐Ÿ“ฐ Newsmax Investment Support Portal

Welcome to the dedicated support portal for investors participating in the Newsmax Regulation A offering. This site is designed to answer common questions, clarify key roles, and help you navigate your investment journey across DealMaker, Newsmax, and the designated transfer agent, Equity Stock Transfer (EST).

๐Ÿš€ Whoโ€™s Who in the Investment Process

Party

Role

Newsmax

The issuer. The company raising funds through a Reg A offering.

DealMaker

The technology platform used to submit and process investments.

Equity Stock Transfer (EST)

The registered transfer agent managing post-close share issuance and ownership records.

๐Ÿ“Œ What is DealMaker?

DealMaker is a secure, step-by-step platform that allows you to:

  • Submit your investment

  • Upload any required documentation (e.g., ID verification)

  • Sign your subscription agreement

  • Make payment by ACH, credit card, or wire transfer

  • Track the status of your investment

DealMaker is not the company offering the securities and does not issue shares. We facilitate the investment process on behalf of Newsmax.

๐Ÿ”Ž Where Are My Shares?

This is one of the most common questions from Newsmax investors. Here's what you need to know:

  • Shares are not issued immediately after payment.

  • Once your payment clears, your documents must be reviewed and accepted by Newsmax.

  • After final acceptance, Equity Stock Transfer (EST) will issue your shares and send you a book-entry statement or account credentials.

You can check the status of your investment by:

  1. Logging into your DealMaker Dashboard

  2. Reviewing the โ€œMy Companiesโ€ section

Once your shares are issued, you can log in or register at: ๐Ÿ”— Equity Stock Transfer โ€“ Newsmax Shareholder Access

๐Ÿ“„ How Will I Receive Proof of Ownership?

Once your shares are issued by Equity Stock Transfer:

  • Youโ€™ll receive a book-entry statement via email or through the EST investor portal

  • You may also be provided with login credentials to manage your holdings

DealMaker will not email you your share certificate โ€” only EST handles post-issuance.

๐Ÿ“„ How Do I download my share statement (also knows as a DRS) and send to my broker?

First, log in to your account at my.equitystock.com and make sure you've paid your DRS payment using the Pay Now button.

Steps to Generate a DRS Statement

1. Generate DRS Transaction Statement

  • On the Positions screen, click the blue "Generate DRS Transaction Statements" button.

  • After selecting the date range, click "Download DRS Statement" to save a copy to your device
