🧾 What Does “Funded” Mean?
If your investment is marked as Funded, it typically means that:
Your payment has been successfully submitted (e.g., your credit card has been charged or your wire transfer received)
Your funds have been received by the payment processor or escrow account linked to the offering
📌 Funding confirms that the payment was initiated or completed — but not that your investment is finalized or accepted.
✅ What Does “Accepted” Mean?
If your investment is marked as Accepted, it usually means:
The issuer has reviewed and approved your subscription
Your documents are in good order
The company has chosen to accept your investment into the offering
This is a strong indication that your investment is moving toward completion, but it may not yet be fully closed or issued.
