📄 Finding My Subscription Agreement

After you complete your investment on the DealMaker platform, a copy of your subscription agreement is saved to your investor account. This document outlines the terms of your investment and includes your electronic signature.

🔍 Where to Find It

You can access your subscription agreement at any time by logging into your Investor Dashboard.

To locate your agreement:

  1. Go to portal.dealmaker.tech

  2. Log in with the email and password you used when you made your investment

  3. Select the relevant company from the “My Companies” section

  4. Click on the “Documents” tab or section

  5. Look for the file labeled “Subscription Agreement” or similar

📎 The filename may include the issuer’s name or your account type (e.g., Individual, Entity, Joint).

🧾 What’s Included

Your subscription agreement typically includes:

  • The number of securities you subscribed for

  • The price per security

  • Your investment amount

  • Your legal name and investor profile details

  • The issuer’s countersignature (once accepted)

📬 Didn’t Receive a Copy by Email?

In most cases, a copy is also emailed to you after signing. If you can’t locate the email, you can always download a fresh copy from your dashboard.
