After your investment has been accepted and the offering has closed, you may be invited to access the DealMaker Engage Portal — a secure, post-investment environment designed to help you manage your shareholder experience.

Engage is part of the DealMaker platform and serves as your long-term shareholder hub, separate from your original investment portal.

🧭 What Is DealMaker Engage?

DealMaker Engage is the official shareholder portal provided by DealMaker. It allows investors to:

  • View their ownership information

  • Access post-investment documents and share certificates

  • Receive issuer communications

  • Stay organized as a shareholder over time

Engage is used for ongoing visibility and document access after your initial investment process is complete.

📬 How Do I Access Engage?

If your investment has moved to Engage, you will receive an email invitation from DealMaker with a secure link and login instructions.

The invitation will include:

  • A link to your personal Engage portal

  • Details on what information is available

  • Steps to log in and manage your account

📌 If you haven’t received an invitation, your investment may still be in processing or not yet transitioned to Engage. You can check your dashboard or contact support.

  • 📄 View or download share certificates (if issued)

  • 💬 Receive updates from the issuer (if shared)

  • 📝 Manage your shareholder contact information
