How to Transfer Securities to Another Entity
If you want to transfer your securities from one holder profile to another (e.g., to a Single-Member LLC or another entity), follow these steps:
Log In to Your DealMaker Account: Using the email and password used for the investment log in to your dashboard https://app.dealmaker.tech/users/sign_in
Access the Transfer Workflow: To initiate a transfer request via the platform's in-app transfer option. Navigate to the "Shareholder Actions" tab after logging in to your account. Click 'Request a transfer' and fill in the share transfer form.
Enter Recipient Details: Provide the details of the new entity (e.g., name, registration details) that will hold the securities. Follow the on-screen instructions carefully to ensure the information is accurate.
Submit: Complete and submit the transfer request. DealMaker will guide you through any final steps before confirming the transfer. Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation via email.

Accessing Investment Documents

Log In to Your DealMaker Account: Use your registered email and password to access your DealMaker investor dashboard.
Find Your Company: Navigate to the "My Companies" section of the dashboard and select the company for which you’d like to view investment data.
View Documents: Within the company page: - Go to the "Investment" tab. - Select "Book Entry Statement" to view or download a copy of your investment details.
For any company-specific documents like the Company Annual Report or Company Updates, navigate to the "Documents" tab.
