Troubleshooting Investment Visibility

If you cannot view your investment details in your DealMaker account, you may be signed in under a different account than the one originally used to make the investment. To resolve this issue:

  1. Confirm that you are using the correct email address linked to your investment.

  2. If you suspect the investment is linked to another account, gather the following information to help DealMaker locate and associate your investment: - Email address used to register the investment - Full name - Date of birth - Address - Investment amount or number of shares

  3. Provide these details to DealMaker’s support team to match and link the investment to your current account.
