The DealMaker dashboard is designed to provide a summary of your investments and related details. However, users may encounter issues such as non-clickable tiles or an empty dashboard. This article explains these common issues and provides step-by-step solutions to help you access your investment details.
Overview of Dashboard Features
The DealMaker dashboard includes tiles such as “Total Amount Invested,” “Companies,” and “Investments.” These tiles are summary-only and are not clickable. To view detailed information about your investments, you need to navigate to the relevant sections of the platform.
Common Issues and Resolutions
1. Non-Clickable Tiles
If you are trying to click on the “Total Amount Invested,” “Companies,” or “Investments” tiles, note that these are designed to display summary information only. To access detailed investment information, follow the steps outlined in the next section.
2. Empty Dashboard
If your DealMaker dashboard appears empty, it is likely that you are signed in with the wrong account. Investments are tied to the email address associated with your DealMaker account. To resolve this issue, verify and switch to the correct account by following these steps:
On your DealMaker page, click the account icon in the top-right corner and select "Your Profile."
Open the Email tab and check the email shown. If it’s not the email associated with your investments, sign out and sign back in with the correct email address.
To sign out, click the account icon in the top-right and select "Sign Out," then log in with the correct email.
After signing in with the correct email, your investment details should appear on your dashboard.
